Rolland R. O'Hare is a graduate of the Wayne (before it was State) University Law School . He was admitted to practice in 1952 in all state and federal courts in Michigan and subsequently in the Indianapolis Division of the federal District Court of Indiana, the Courts of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the District of Columbia and the United States Supreme Court. He has, during his career, handled criminal, bankruptcy, labor relations, collection, probate, civil rights, and anti-trust matters among others, but has, for the last several years, concentrated more and more on employee benefits law, especially as it relates to collectively bargained multiemployer employee benefit plans.
