Carlton R. Roeser is a shareholder at Sachs Waldman.

Mr. Roeser's practice is devoted to representation of the injured worker and the worker's family. Mr. Roeser has successfully litigated Workers' Compensation cases throughout the State of Michigan for over 20 years. He has represented members of UAW Local 594, for 24 consecutive years. Additionally, Mr. Roeser has represented numerous construction laborers, skilled trade workers, utility workers, police and firefighters, and manifesting their rights to Workers' Compensation, Pension and Social Security Disability Benefits. He is a former member of the Construction Laborer's Local 1076 of Pontiac, Michigan.

Mr. Roeser is a graduate of Michigan State University (BA 1969) and the Detroit College of Law (J.D. 1973). Upon graduating from Law School he served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. Prior to specializing in Workers' Compensation law, Mr. Roeser litigated a number of jury trials.

Mr. Roeser is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice before The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
