Patricia Tarini became an attorney in 1992. She and the other employee benefits attorneys at Sachs Waldman represent many jointly trusteed, Taft-Hartley employee fringe benefit funds in Michigan in the unionized construction and building trades, including the Detroit Bricklayers Funds, the Michigan Carpenters Pension Fund, the Detroit Cement Masons Funds, the Detroit, Battle Creek and Michigan Electrical Employees Funds, the Michigan Glass and Glazing Funds, the Detroit Laborers Funds, the Plasterers Local 67 Funds, the Flint Roofers Apprenticeship Fund, the Sheet Metal Workers Local 80 and Local 292 Funds, and the Michigan Trowel Trades Funds. Collecting delinquent fringe benefit contributions is a significant part of their practice, which also involves all aspects of fund representation, including plan design and drafting and governmental compliance.
Ms. Tarini is a graduate of the University of Michigan (1982, B.S. Pharm; 1983, Pharm.D.) and Wayne State University Law School (J.D. magna cum laude 1992). |
