Area of Practice
Linda Turek is a registered nurse as well as an attorney. She is a graduate of Wayne County Community College (A.D.N.), Madonna University (B.S.N.) and Wayne State University (J.D.). She was a law student at Wayne State University when she joined Sachs Waldman as a legal assistant in 1997. She was hired as an attorney upon admission to the State Bar of Michigan in the Fall of 1998. She became a shareholder in early 2003.
Ms. Turek specializes in medical malpractice litigation on behalf of the victims and/or their families. She is an executive board member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and a member of the American Constitution Society. She is the Youth Counselor for Cass Community Social Services.
