Parking:

There is metered parking available on the streets in the area. The meters only accept quarters and there is usually a 1 or 2 hour time limit. Please read the signs as some areas have restrictions such as no parking after 3pm.

The Bates Street parking garage (bounded by Monroe/Randolph/Bates
and w/it's entrance on Randolph) which is contiguous to our buildings is
now open for public parking @ a rate of $4/day.

There is a surface lot (diagonal from our building) which has limited availability. The rate is $2.00 per 20 minutes, with a maximum of $12.00.

The Compuware parking structure (located at the corner of Farmer and Monroe) charges $8 for up to 3 hours; $15 for 3-4 hours and $20 over 4 hours. These rates apply M-F from 4am to 2pm. Rates are posted on an outdoor sign as you enter. Occasionally they have discounted rates and you may be able to get validation if you patronize merchants in their buildings.

The Greektown Casino parking structure (located on Brush just north of E. Lafayette) has an $8 flat rate ($20 on days when the Red Wings, Tigers, or Lions are playing) and will also validate your parking if you patronize the Casino.

The Randolph and Brush surface lot now has available parking. The rates there are $1.50 for each 1/2 hour with a maximum rate of $8. It has a $5 rate after 4:30pm. However, there is a $20 rate on days the stadiums are in use.

From the North

  1. Take I-75 south to I-375
  2. Once on I-375 get off at the first exit which is the Lafayette Blvd exit
  3. At street level go through the light at Monroe St and turn right at the next light which is E Lafayette Blvd
  4. Once on E. Lafayette go through four traffic lights, (the 4th light is @ Randolph St.) cross Randolph while bending slightly to your left onto Bates Street, you will then come to a stop sign @ the corner of Farmer and Bates. Turn right at the stop sign and you will be in front of our building.

From the South

  1. Take I-75 north to I-375 south
  2. Once on I-375 get off at the first exit which is Lafayette Blvd exit
  3. At street level go through the light at Monroe St and turn right at the next light which is E Lafayette Blvd
  4. Once on E. Lafayette go through four traffic lights, (the 4th light is @ Randolph St.) cross Randolph while bending slightly to your left onto Bates Street, you will then come to a stop sign @ the corner of Farmer and Bates. Turn right at the stop sign and you will be in front of our building.

From the East

  1. Take I-94 west to I-75 south
  2. Take I-75 south to I-375

  1. Take I-96 east to I-75 north
