Parking:
On street metered parking is available on Saginaw and Lawrence
Streets around our office which is in the Bank 1 building
at that corner. The City will be redoing the Downtown district
and many of these spots will be eliminated in the future.
The meters require quarters and the time limit varies depending
on location, so you must read the posted signs and/or review
information on the meters.
There are a number of metered and/or attended surface lots
in the area, all are 1 block away to the West, North and South.
There are 2 parking structures in the area. 2 blocks south
of our office is the Phoenix Center structure and 1 block
to the East is the Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital structure.
Rates in the structures vary with the time of your stay, but
expect to pay about $2 to 4.

From the South:
- Take NB I75 to WB M59 (77B) and proceed West to Wide Track
Drive (which circles around downtown Pontiac).
- Cross Wide Track Drive continuing East
- Turn Left (SB) onto either Mill Street (the 1st
stop sign) or onto Perry Street (the 1st traffic light)
- Proceed 1 block to Huron Street.
- Go Right (WB) on Huron St. 1 block to Saginaw Street.
- Turn Left (SB) onto Saginaw and proceed 1 block to Lawrence
St. We are in the BankOne building (called the Oakland Towne
Center) on the SE corner of
Saginaw and Lawrence.
Note that the Oakland Towne Center is the tallest building
in downtown Pontiac and flies a large American flag on the
roof. You can easily see the building as you are approaching
downtown.
You may also approach downtown Pontiac from NB Woodward (M1)
or NB Orchard Lake Road. These will take you to Wide Track
Drive (which loops around Pontiac) where you will easily see
the building and can guide yourself into downtown.
From the North:
- Take SB I75 to WB M59 (77B) and proceed West to Wide Track
Drive (which circles around downtown Pontiac).
- Cross Wide Track Drive continuing East
- Turn Left (SB) onto either Mill Street (the 1st
stop sign) or onto Perry Street (the 1st traffic light)
- Proceed 1 block to Huron Street.
- Go Right (WB) on Huron St. 1 block to Saginaw Street.
- Turn Left (SB) onto Saginaw and proceed 1 block to Lawrence

Alternatively, Dixie Highway (BR24), Baldwin, University
Drive and Perry streets also funnel you into the downtown
area and intersect with Wide Track Drive.
From the East:
Take WB M59 into downtown Pontiac and turn Right (SB) on
Saginaw Street (see the "From the South" directions
for the specific location of our office.
From the West:
- Take EB M59 (Huron) into downtown Pontiac and turn Right
on Saginaw going 1 block SB to Lawrence
- We are in the BankOne building (called the Oakland Towne
Center) on the SE corner of
Saginaw and Lawrence.
