Product Liability

If a product causes injury or death, you must prove that the product did not meet recognized standards which were adopted so that the product would not cause such injury or death. It is no longer enough to "second guess" the designer or manufacturer and claim that you would have designed the product differently. As with all your injury cases and questions, we are happy to review you or your loved ones specific circumstances and give you our considered legal advice on whether you do or do not have a case. Note the statute of limitations in the product liability context is generally 3 years and the product cannot be more than 10 years old.
